feat(plan): atgardspanel som bottenpanel (Modal) i stallet for Alert

Klick pa en maltid oppnar en egen panel: 'Jag lagade detta' (ratt dag),
'Byt ratt', 'Ta bort'. Ingen 'Avbryt' - tryck utanfor for att stanga.
Kanns mer enterprise an systemets Alert-ruta.
