chore(hem): ta bort Matlador-knapp + matsvinn-widget

Matlador-QuickLink borttagen (koden ligger kvar); kvarvarande knappar (Inkopslista/Hushall/Profil) skalar jamnt via flex:1. Matsvinn-widgeten i matbudgeten borttagen (fyllde ingen funktion); 'denna vecka' kvar.
