Remove logo from hero

Removed Logo component from HeroSection and replaced with textual header and subtitle:
- Deleted import and usage of Logo
- Replaced with Lennart Svensson title and Konditorivaror subtitle
- Updated subtitle styling and kept existing tagline styling (Svenskt konditorhantverk sedan 1953)
